I made this arthritis support garment for my senior dog, Molly. It has removable hot/cold therapy pouches that easily slide into pockets around joints such as the hips. It also has support straps that allow for the human to give the dog support when getting up or down steps. This garment pictured is a first round prototype to test the idea. Molly seems comfortable and it does not restrict her movements. The straps are helpful when Molly has trouble getting up the steps. I interviewed vets and did product research on relevant related products before coming up with this project.
