Comfort and Support Garment for Dogs with Arthritis

I created this garment as a hot/cold therapy brace for dogs with arthritis. It features 12 pockets (2 per leg, 1 per hip, 1 per shoulder) for hot or cold pouches, straps so that a human can support a dog when walking or getting up steps, and velcro attachments for easy donning and doffing. The hot/cold pouches are made from cotton fabric filled with flaxseed. They can be heated in the microwave or frozen in the freezer. The garment is made from a stretchy knit fabric to prioritize comfort and unrestricted movement. Neoprene is used in the inner layer under the stomach to provide support so that the straps can function.
